A FANTASTIC SACHA MODOLO WINS THE SECOND STAGE OF TOUR DE SAN LUIS 2013

A great final sprint by Modolo gets today at Bardiani Valvole – CSF Inox Pro Team the first victory in its history in the 2nd stage, Tilisarao – Terraza del Portezuelo (171km), of Tour de San Luis. The young sprinter thanks to a incredibile rush has preceded Mark Cavendish (OmegaPharma – QuickStep) and the australian Leigh Howard (Orica – Greenedge). There could be not better way to start the season for the #greenteam, a young squad, the youngest between World Tour and Pro Continental teams in the world, but already great protagonist. Modolo with this first season victory and the second place of yesterday, leads the overall classification of Tour de San Luis.

“Fantastic! Win in this way ahead riders like Cavendish is an incredibile emotion – said after the finish Sacha -. The team did a great job to lead out me in the perfect way for the bunch sprint. I pushed all of my self for the victory. This first important result starts to repay us for the hard trainings of this winter. We are a young team but we have an incredible motivation to do the well.
