Made of 5mm GreenGoma™ #8 Rubber with Yamamoto SCS™ (Super Composite Skin).
Made for swimmers and triathletes who have a weak kick and want maximum hip flotation.
It is a great tool to help in training in the swimming pool. It is essentially like a pull buoy but it allows for a more accurate stroke due to the fact that you can still use your legs to assist in the torso rotation.
Few university swim teams in the States already using the Speedtube for this very purpose.

Speedtube Care
• Rinse with clean water after every use.
• Hang to dry, but not on a wire hanger.
• When it is dry inside and out, store by folding once (use the roller supplied) or laying it unfolded.
• Do not use petroleum jellies, or Pam Spray!
• Do not leave hanging for a long period of time.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat.
• Do not machine wash or dry.
• Do not dig your nails into it!
• Chlorine may hurt hurts!
• BUT, you can go ahead and swim in the pool with it.
• Just make sure you rinse it really well after every use!
