BAD PAIN! CHAFING!
Chafing happens when friction that occurs when skin rubs against itself or clothing. Particular at the following hotsports : inner thighs, groin, underarms, neck, under breast and nipples, But it can occur anywhere on your body! It doubles the chances if in hot & humid weather conditions!
HOW TO PREVENT CHAFING?
If you are doing a long-distance activity like running a marathon, ULTRA, triathlon, IRONMAN, long distance ocean swimming & etc, you will want to create a layer between your skin and your workout gears. Making skin more pliable with moisturizers and lotions will reduce friction.
Prevention is better than cure, try out the race-kits you plan to use prior actual event/race day. Apply sport specific anti-chafing solution to all possible hot-spots to further lubricate to reduce the risk of chafing.
