FOGGED GOGGLE IS YOUR ENEMY!
Feeling frustrating that having your goggles steamed up in the middle of a swim. Even worse, it could happen in the middle of a race and severely restrict your vision, making it more difficult to get your turns spot on and jeapardising your chances of finishing in the top positions.
In training, it can completely disrupt the rhythm and flow of your session as you stop everything to try and clear them.
Swimming goggles fog up because of condensation forming on the inside of the lenses. This is either perspiration or water vapour from your skin (lap swimming is exhausting)! However, goggles can still fog up for a variety of reasons.
How to make goggles anti fog?
They are ways in "anti fog" your goggle by spit in them (saliva), toothpaste, shaving cream & etc. Some of this ways is subjects to the hygience consideration. By applying toothpaste may damage your internal lens as the micro-particles may scratches the lens.
